In the last 2 days dad has covered 295km. There has been some tough hills to climb. His legs were dead after yesterdays huge effort. He has had no rest and is tired , but the hot & humid weather that they are experiencing does not help.Dad is still riding through some of the best scenery that Africa has to offer.The tour will arrive in Lusaka tomorrow, followed by a rest day.
